STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES

1- Clients shall be required to provide identification if they make an offer to buy or rent a property.

2- Clients are informed that the Broker operates as a seller or landlord agent unless there is a different specific agreement between the Broker and client. This means that the Broker owes their loyalty to the seller or the landlord.

3- In order for the Broker to show the client property for sale, there is no requirement that they are preapproved for a mortgagee loan.

4- 3N Property Group Inc. and its agents and employees do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation or any other protected class.
